Short-Bio
Diploma study of mechanical engineering at the Leibniz University Hannover (LUH) until 2013.
From 2012 to 2013, Richard Stähr worked as a scientific assistant and successfully as a scientific employee at the LZH. Since 2024, he has headed the Composite Materials group in the Production and Systems Engineering department.

- Laser material processing Drilling, cutting, welding, surface ablation and functionalization of unreinforced and fiber-reinforced plastics
- Development of automation solutions for laser machining processes
- Development of solutions for process control and regulation for quality assurance in laser processes
- Development of customer-specific laser processes and system technology
