Short-Bio
Diploma study of technical physics at the Leibniz Universität Hannover, 2013 doctorate degree obtained (Dr. rer. nat.) with the topic „Ultrashort pulse thulium-doped fiber lasers and amplifiers“.
From 2007 to 2008, Dr. Frithjof Haxsen worked as a scientific assistant and subsequently as a scientific employee at the LZH until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, he worked at Spectra Physics in Rankweil. Since 2022, Dr. Haxsen has been group leader of the Ultrafast Photonics group in the Laser Development Department.
