From January 17 to 22, 2026, LZH will again take part in Photonics West, the world’s premier event for optical technologies and processes, with six scientific contributions.

LZH researchers will present their latest findings at the LASE (Lasers, Laser Sources, and Laser Applications), OPTO (Optoelectronics, Photonic Materials and Devices), and BiOS (Biophotonics, Biomedical Optics and Imaging) conferences.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Kaierle, Managing Executive Board Member of LZH, will serve as Conference Chair—together with Klaus R. Kleine—of the “High-Power Laser Materials Processing: Applications, Diagnostics, and Systems XV” conference at LASE.
