Short-Bio
Study of Physics at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, graduated as a physicist, in 2016 PhD obtained from the Leibniz Universität Hannover, dissertation title „Regenerative amplification of ultrashort laser pulses with Thulium- and Holmium-doped materials“.
From 2011 to 2018, Dr. Wienke was a scientific employee at the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V., with a short break due to his work as a development engineer at the Venteon Laser Technologies GmbH. From 2018 to 2019, Dr. Wienke was Head of the Optical Systems Group in the Laser Development Department. In 2020, Dr. Andreas Wienke was Head of the Ultrafast Photonics Group in the Laser Development Department.
Since 2021, Dr. Andreas Wienke is Head of the Optical Components Department.
