Digital, interconnected, energy-efficient - smart production with lasers enables the production of tomorrow. We will be presenting our innovative ideas for digital production at this year's HANNOVER MESSE from May 30 to June 2.

You will find us at the joint stand of the state of Lower Saxony on the topic of digitalization, this year for the first time, in hall 5, stand D16.

Our topics
The LZH develops innovative technologies and conducts research in the field of agriculture on solutions for smart agricultural technology. Based on our exhibit, you will discover, for example, what the weed management of the future could look like and what role artificial intelligence plays in this context.

We will also show you the potential of additive manufacturing. The vision: smart additive, the interconnected additive manufacturing with process monitoring in real-time. At the stand, the LZH will provide insights into the latest developments in smart additive manufacturing. Next door, our experts from Niedersachsen ADDITIV will explain the advantages of additive manufacturing for small and medium-sized enterprises in Lower Saxony interested in 3D printing.

The supporting program
At the stand, we are organizing four theme days together with the Digitalagentur Niedersachsen and the Wirtschaftsschutz Niedersachsen. Please note the following program items in your calendar:

• 31.05.2022, Theme day "APITs - Digitizing Lower Saxony with ease" in cooperation with the APITs Lab
• 01.06.2022, Theme day "Additive Manufacturing" of Niedersachsen ADDITIV with industry meeting starting at 4 p.m.
• 02.06.2022, Theme day "Smart Photonics" from the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V.

Save-the-Date:
On June 1, 2022, Niedersachsen ADDITIV will host an industry meeting on the topic of engineering and plant construction at the joint stand. At the event, the team will present best practice examples from the cooperation with the Lower Saxony companies Laverana and AK Regeltechnik and will address 3D printing processes and materials relevant to the industry.
