Study of physics at the Leibniz Universität Hannover, diploma obtained in 2012.
Since 2012, Florian Carstens has been working at the Laser Zentrum Hannover e. V. (LZH). From 2012 to 2021 as a scientific employee in the Process Development Group of the Laser Components Department.
Florian Carstens has been heading the Smart Optical Devices Group of the Optical Components Department since 2021.
