With the software solutions of the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH), optical thin-film systems can reliably be designed, manufactured and analyzed. Both customer-specific design and simulation studies as well as complete software modules are available.

 

With the software solutions of the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH), optical thin-film systems can reliably be designed, manufactured and analyzed. Both customer-specific design and simulation studies as well as complete software modules are available.

The virtual coating system can simulate the manufacturing of complex multilayer systems. Complete broadband monitoring algorithms are integrated to achieve realistic results. Thus, the stability of the design can be assessed prior to the coating. With this software, cost and time-consuming test coatings are no longer necessary.

With the re-optimization module, errors can be detected and analyzed in-process and in an automated way. The broadband optical measurement system allows for a continuous evaluation of the coating process and for a forecast of the result to be expected. If necessary, the ongoing process can be corrected with a new coating design, and thus be successfully finalized.

The design software SPEKTRUM is an extensive program package for the analysis and synthesis of complex multilayer systems. In-situ measurement data can be processed by this software, too. It can be flexibly and individually customized, and be extended by additional modules.
