Short-Bio
Studied chemistry at the University of Hannover (now: Leibniz Universität Hannover), graduated as a chemist, 1998 doctorate degree (Dr. rer. nat.) obtained from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the Leibniz Universität Hannover, dissertation in the field of physisorption of small molecules on insulator single-crystal surfaces.
From 1999 to 2000, Dr. Hustedt was employed by PreussenElektra, resp. E.ON Energy, in the division of occupational safety and environmental protection.
Since 2001, Dr. Hustedt has been a scientific employee at the Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH). From 2008 to 2009, he was Head of the Cutting, Safety and Special Processes Group. Since 2010, Dr. Hustedt has been Head of the Safety Technology Group in the Materials and Processes Department.
